Privacy notice
Last updated: 8 October 2026
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you ask for a free automation audit on mandari.solutions. It is written to follow South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
Mandari Solutions, based in Stellenbosch, South Africa. We are the responsible party for the details described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you type into the audit request form:
- your name and work email address (required)
- your company name, your role, your company website and team size (optional)
- your phone number (optional)
- a message about where your team's time goes (optional)
- how you heard about us (optional)
We also keep the time you agreed to this notice, your browser's user-agent text (shortened), and a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your IP address. We use the fingerprint only to spot abuse and cannot turn it back into your IP address.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request and prepare for the call. That includes researching your company's publicly available information, such as its website, so the audit is useful from the first minute. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored on Mandari's own server, located in London, United Kingdom. When we prepare for your call, parts of your message and publicly available company information may be processed by AI providers that handle text under no-training terms, meaning they may not use it to train their models. We do not give your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Because the server and these providers are outside South Africa, your details are transferred abroad. We only do this where the recipient is bound by law or a written agreement that protects your information at least as well as POPIA does, as section 72 of POPIA requires.
How long we keep it
We delete your details 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Clients' records are kept for as long as we work together and as the law requires.
Your rights under POPIA
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you (access)
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date (correction)
- delete your information (deletion)
- stop contacting you about your request
Email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to South Africa's Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
